- If you have a discount code, click on the order summary section to expand it and enter your code before finalizing the payment.
- Click Pay Now to complete your order. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after.
Currencies and Pricing
All prices on our website are displayed in US Dollars (USD) by default. If you prefer to view prices in a different currency, you can select your desired currency from the dropdown menu at the top of the site. The final charge on your payment method will be in the currency displayed at checkout, and your bank or card issuer will handle any conversion if necessary. Please note that conversion rates are determined by your financial institution and may include additional fees.
Discount Codes and Promotions

- Valid discount codes can be entered at checkout. Only one code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
- Discount codes must be applied before the order is completed; we are unable to apply codes to orders that have already been placed.
- Unless specified, discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or used on gift card purchases.
- If a discount is applied and a partial return is made, the discount will be proportionally allocated across the items, and the refund will reflect that adjusted value.
Import Taxes and Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are levied once the shipment reaches your destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. NOVILA Kids has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees and returned to us, any refund issued may be reduced by the return shipping costs and applicable handling fees.
